In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing, registering on, or using the jlli Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jlli Platform and close your Account.

Your continued use of the jlli Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jlli will notify registered Players of material changes via email or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the jlli Privacy Policy and the jlli Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the jlli Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations overseen by PAGCOR. jlli does not knowingly permit access to persons under this age. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant regulatory authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jlli Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the jlli Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. jlli makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Process. To create a jlli Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). jlli reserves the right to require Players to submit supporting documentation to verify their identity, age, and source of funds at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jlli may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3.5 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) jlli Account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. jlli employs technical and procedural measures to detect multi-accounting. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and balances in excess of original deposits may be forfeited at jlli's discretion.

4.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlli login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jlli will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify jlli immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your jlli Account. You can reach jlli support via live chat at jlli.win. jlli shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account if such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided to jlli in connection with your Account is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information — including a false name, age, or payment details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4.4 Account Transfer Prohibited. Your jlli Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your Account or any rights or obligations attached to it to any third party.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered inactive. jlli reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 or equivalent against inactive Account balances after written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with zero balance remaining after the inactivity period may be closed at jlli's discretion.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. jlli reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with notice to Players.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on the jlli Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlli does not apply currency conversion charges for domestic PHP transactions. Any currency conversion costs arising from international card transactions are the responsibility of the Player's card issuer.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on jlli is ₱50. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and Player account tier. jlli reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming controls or regulatory requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. To be eligible for withdrawal, Players must:

• Have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of jlli;
• Have fulfilled all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds in their Wallet;
• Submit a withdrawal request through the Wallet section of their jlli Account;
• Request withdrawal only to a payment method registered in their own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. jlli endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — within 30 minutes; InstaPay — within 1 hour; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — same business day. These timeframes are targets only and may be extended for accounts undergoing additional verification reviews.

5.6 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus. Withdrawal of winnings from Bonus Funds prior to completing applicable wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings.

6.1 General. jlli offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of claiming, in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by jlli are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable game contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Live casino and sports bets may have different contribution rates than slot games.

6.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of claim or deposit, as specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus winnings at the time of expiry are forfeited automatically.

6.4 Abuse Prevention. jlli reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus and associated winnings if jlli determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus was claimed through abuse of the promotion system, exploitation of technical errors, collusion between accounts, or any pattern of play designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.

6.5 Promotion Modification. jlli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the modification.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jlli Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules govern for gameplay matters.

7.2 Technical Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure that results in an incorrect outcome, jlli reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. jlli shall not be liable for any winnings arising from a game malfunction or erroneous result display. Decisions made by jlli's technical team regarding malfunction outcomes are final.

7.3 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by licensed live dealer studios and are final once the round is concluded. jlli cannot intervene in live dealer results. Any disputes regarding live casino outcomes should be raised with jlli support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

7.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by the applicable sports betting rules published within the Sports section of the jlli Platform. In-play bets placed after an event has concluded, or odds offered in error, may be voided at jlli's discretion. Settlement of bets is based on official results from recognised governing bodies and data providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlli Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Creating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jlli Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds through payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Using the jlli Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits, which constitutes fraud;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Accessing the Platform as a self-excluded Player or on behalf of an excluded individual;
• Any conduct intended to disrupt the experience of other Players or jlli's operations.

9.1 Commitment. jlli is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion facilities.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to exclude themselves from the jlli Platform may do so at any time by contacting jlli support or by accessing the self-exclusion settings within their Account. Self-exclusion requests are implemented promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be blocked from wagering and new deposits. Players with a positive Real Funds balance at the time of self-exclusion may request withdrawal of those funds.

9.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. jlli strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. If you are aware that a minor may have gained access to a jlli Account, please contact jlli support immediately. jlli cooperates with PAGCOR's underage gambling prevention initiatives.

9.4 Player-Set Limits. Players are encouraged to use the limit-setting features within their jlli Account to manage their gambling expenditure. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the jlli Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, game assets, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and code, is the property of jlli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

10.2 Limited Licence. jlli grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jlli Platform.

10.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or technical data from the jlli Platform. Any unauthorised use of jlli's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent of applicable law.

11.1 Platform Availability. jlli provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jlli endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability, jlli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlli's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusions. jlli shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings arising from use or inability to use the Platform;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any nature;
• Losses attributable to third-party payment system outages, including GCash, PayMaya, or bank network interruptions;
• Any action taken by jlli in good-faith compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.

11.4 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. jlli does not guarantee that any Player will win or profit from their use of the Platform. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Players acknowledge that they may lose all funds deposited into their jlli Wallet.

12.1 Termination by jlli. jlli reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity; regulatory direction; Account inactivity beyond the period specified herein; or the Player's voluntary request for Account closure.

12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your jlli Account at any time by contacting jlli support. Upon Account closure, any pending Real Funds balance net of bonus adjustments and unresolved disputes will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive Account closure.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlli Platform, you agree to first contact jlli support to seek resolution through jlli's internal complaints process. jlli will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

13.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlli's internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Players may also seek recourse through Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila.

jlli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlli will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any transaction or game session is the version that governs that transaction or session. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this document. Archived versions of these Terms are available upon request from jlli support.
